If you're an admin then you can also enjoy special rights like demoting other admin, add participant, edit group info, or restrict other participants from chatting in the group. You can create groups, change group description, Mute notifications, Report spam or exit the group. There is a Reload option that let you refresh the WhatsApp contact list. You can also add new contacts in the WhatsApp by selecting New contact > Add Contact.
The Account option includes Last seen, Profile photo, Blocked contacts, Read receipts, Show security notifications and Delete my account whereas Settings contains Profile, Account and Help option.
